Terrie Milgate - CEO
Employed part time four (4) days per week, works under the direction of the Trangie LALC Board and members and undertakes the following tasks:
Tasks as set out in the CEO job description
Office Management and administration duties such as LALC meetings, records management, land management and financial management.
Manages the cultural responsibilities of the Land Council and attends to any land claims and matters arising from land claim action.
Oversees the management of the rental properties including rental collection, repairs and maintenance etc
Supervision of staff member
Karen Hubatka - Trainee Housing Officer
Karen Hubatka is currently completing a traineeship through Apprentices Careers. Karen is working 15 hours per week carrying out duties that include the management of the Trangie LALC housing and casual work carrying out administrative duties.
When completed Karen will receive a Cert III in Business Administration.
